Mediation is a powerful and constructive approach to resolving family disputes, offering individuals an opportunity to navigate their conflicts in a peaceful and amicable manner. In the often emotionally charged context of family disputes, mediation provides a safe and confidential space for family members to express their concerns, interests, and desires, while working together to find mutually beneficial solutions. This collaborative process, guided by a neutral and skilled mediator, encourages open communication, understanding, and compromise, ultimately fostering healthier relationships and more sustainable resolutions. Mediation not only empowers families to take control of their own destinies but also promotes a sense of closure, healing, and the possibility of a more harmonious future.

Pre-Mediation Intro Meeting [Free]: We meet initially each party separately or together on zoom or in person, as you prefer. The purpose of this session is to introduce ourselves and see if it's a good fit for us to work together. If you decide you'd like to go ahead, I will draft up the meditation agreement, terms of operation and fees.
Agreement Exploratory Session: Next we have an agreement exploratory session during which each party has the opportunity to say their individual needs and wishes. As a mediator, I will seek to understand and explore the situation from different viewpoints. We explore the possibilities with the goal to helping the parties to reach a settlement.
Future Planning Session: During this session, we draft up a legally binding settlement agreement detailing what has been agreed.
